1. fill out the contact form and pay the starting fee
This fee covers the costs necessary to get your new style started including the time needed to produce hand-sketch style options, research of materials, new patterns for your order, and a quote of your total accessory’s cost.
In the form, please provide your name, email, and a detailed description of the accessory you seek for us to make. You will be contacted within 24 hours by Jamie to refine your order’s details.

2. lets talk details
This stage may be tedious, but it’s only because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your custom order, especially because it will be named after you!
Through email, Jamie will discuss your custom accessory’s dimensions, shape, and style, so she can provide sketches of your custom leather good. Once your design is set, we then move onto material selection and once all details are confirmed, Jamie will calculate a quote for your order’s total.

3. pay your deposit and wait patiently
Your deposit will be 50% of your order’s total, which will be invoiced to you via email. This payment is required to order necessary materials and show good faith that you have committed to your custom order. Once the deposit is paid, your order will begin production. You can expect your custom namesake to ship within 8-10 weeks. Your patience is much appreciated!
